| The repairing vehicle for overhead contact line equipment is a kind of powered vehicle which is used in electrified railway construction and maintenance.It is widely used in equipment installation,maintenance and daily inspection of overhead contact line equipment.In addition,it can be used as a tractor to drag other vehicles for repairing overhead contact line equipment.Compared with the existing repairing vehicle for overhead contact line equipment in China,the new one designed in this thesis has larger traction power,higher speed and hydraulic drive at low speed etc.With the rapid development of our country’s economy,railway transport also has grown in high-speed,heavy haul and railway line for passenger traffic.Especially after the technical policy about high-speed,heavy haul has been implemented with the development of electrified railway,the density of vehicles and the traffic capacity on line have been greatly improved,while the "skylight" time for maintenance becomes shorter,which prompts engineering machinery used for the electrified railway to be improved towards highspeed and good performance.However,the exiting repairing vehicles for overhead contact line equipment have been relatively backward,the upgrading is imperative.The new repairing vehicle for overhead contact line equipment has been developed by Measuring&Controling Technology Institute of Lanzhou Jiaotong University and Lanzhou Lishengda Railway New Technology Co.,Ltd.In the thesis,the status monitoring system of the new repairing vehicle is designed.The thesis can be grouped into seven major parts.In the first part,the developments of the status monitoring technology at home and abroad are described.In the second part,based on the functional requirement analysis and the indicators analysis,initial monitoring plan is drawn up in compliance with the conditions of the monitoring system design principles.In the third part,through analysis on power,transmission,brake and hydraulic system of the new repairing vehicle,the parameters to be monitored and the positions of measuring points are determined.In the fourth part,the design of monitoring circuit and selection of components are introduced.In the fifth part,the design of the monitoring program of PLC and HMI of touch screen MT508TV5 are described.In the sixth part,experimental platform and monitoring system debugging are described.In the seventh part,the anti-interference measures and the design of platform in driver’s are introduced.After investigation,analysis and design,finally,we have completed the design of the monitoring system which meets the requirements of the new repairing vehicle for overhead contact line equipment. |
