The Research Of Characteristics Of Larger And Major Architecture Construction Accidents In China

The core data in the paper is mainly from the accidents in Building municipal engineering situation of production safety accident which published by Ministry of housing and urban-rural development of the people’s republic of China source, combined with Baidu news web search checking accident situation. Referring to collecting information of the management of accident, this paper developed web big data collector-An, based on principle of the big data search to achieve collecting research data rapidly and classifying management effectively. we use the software to collect and manage 318 larger and major accidents occurred from 2005 to 2014, and extract year,month,date,week,time,province,level of city, deaths and type of each accident etc. by the software automatically, establishing an absolute index system database. Then using the EXCEL software to preprocess the data, using statistical analysis to analyze distribution characteristics from three dimensions "accident time", "accident type" and "accident area". Then the panel data can be used to execute nonparametric significant chi-square agent, regression analysis, factor analysis, and cluster analysis in SPSS to discuss the accident characteristics and the level of regional security incident management. This paper puts forward targeted advice from the regulation of above analysis. All of those can make the following conclusions:(1) Larger and major accidents is much more harmful and frequent, causing group injuries and deaths easily;(2) The total amount of construction safety accidents declined year by year, however, the amount of larger an major accidents had an obviously rising trend;(3) The distribution of the characteristics of larger and major accidents’ month and time is obvious;(4) Collapse, fall and lifting hurt are the most frequent accidents in the larger an major accidents;(5) The direct factor of collapse accidents is mainly caused by The objects’ unsafe;(6) The levels of security incident management in different areas are clearly different;Using the effective operation ability of computer, the software-An will continue to monitor and collect data for the accident in real time. New data will be added to the original database to carry on the summary constantly and use the automation of software in order to realize intelligentize of accident researching. The monitoring data in the process will also be significant to relevant sector when making a decision. The results have important practical significance for relevant administrative departments to make effective prevention and control strategies to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
