Servo is a highly precision position servo system, it was executive device of weapon guided control system, it is also the important part of the flight control system. The course of the flight dynamic properties is determined by the performance of the servo. The application of the pneumatic servo is widespread at the modern guided weapon. And it was also comparatively matured as an executive device, meanwhilethe pneumatic servo usually use gas of form get air source. Therefore, the study of hot pneumatic servo has important practical significance to help design and manufacture guided missile.This paper first gives a brief introduction to the development of guided weapons, which leads to the background and research significance of the topic, introduces the role of the servo and the status of the development.The basic structure, the principles and the relevant parameters of regulator is described, which will provided the basis for the mathematical modeling and analysis of static and dynamic properties of hot pneumatic servo at second chapter..The mathematical motion model of the servo is presented in this chapter. The parameters influence the performance of regulator is analyzed, which provides the theoretical basis for the building of the simulation model and the analysis of the system performance.Chapter fourth based on themathematical model which former chapter has established to build the simulation model of hot pneumatic servo by Simulink, and studied the different parameter set toproduce influencing of dynamic performance act on the hot pneumatic servo. Pointed out the direction of some mainparameterssettingunder the condition of meet the overall performance.Finally, do the hot pneumatic servo joint-test experiments, and dynamic parameters of experiments and simulation is general fit, therefore, validated the correctness of the simulation model and simulation method.Meanwhile analyzed the reasons of the deviation by. experiments and simulation results.
