In recent years, the development of China’s large public buildings have been increasing year by year.And the high-energy buildings also emerged as a result.Central air-conditioning system as the energy-hungry public buildings, its energy-saving imperative. Refrigeration room,the core part of central air-conditioning system,will bear the brunt of reform. Although the design method of air-conditioning systems and equipment performance are mature,the energy consumption as well as problems hide behind still need to conduct in-depth analysis, particularly the research on refrigeration room energy conservation based on practical projects.According to the historical operating data for each device of central air conditioning system refrigeration room the operating characteristics of the system in a Guangzhou hospital, the reasons for the phenomenon of unreasonable running and high energy consumption can be derived. Use modified equipment and take new control strategies to get the running consumption after improving.Optimal operation of the air conditioning system plan can be concluded through the comprehensive analysis of the result.The calculations made by the mathematical formulas to take the minimum input power under the same conditions of cold, which means to get the maximum value of the system’s COP based on the quantitative analysis of the chillers’ performance curve at different loads and different cold in-water temperatures. Ultimately obtain the running strategy of chiller, and achieve energy efficiency.According to the analysis of the results, it can be concluded whether the pump operating conditions deviate from the design requirements and get an optimum rehabilitation program through the program comparison.Similarly, optimize operation of the program of cooling tower fan can be drawn. And calculate its benefit ratio by equipment operating mode after the transformation.The phenomenon that water treatment equipment and condenser cleaning equipment operate in unreasonable condition is found through the water system operating data and practical investigation. So that an optimization operation scheme can be obtained according to the design specifications and engineering practice. On the basis of the characteristics of the cooling water system, the method of dosing in cooling water is adopted to reduce energy consumption caused by fouling. By means of operating the optimal system, the highest COP values of the system can be drawn. After that, put forward an intelligent control system for refrigeration room and make energy-saving of air-conditioning system comes true eventually.
