UHV Power Grid Planning Environmental Impact Assessment And Risk Prevention Research

At present, China has accelerated the pace of UHV power grid construction to UHV grid construction based planning into the implementation phase. Meanwhile, the UHV grid while ensuring economic development, resulting in its construction and operation of a certain degree of pollution on the environment, grasp UHV transmission project on environmental factors in the construction and operation, features, and propose effective control measures. It can effectively reduce the impact of high voltage power grid to respect the natural environment and people’s lives, production and life like. The center of this paper is to build environmental impact assessment index system of UHV transmission planning, proposed UHV environment risk prevention measures.The main content of this paper is divided into three areas. First, the theoretical analysis of the actual environmental impact of UHV power grid planning and construction, combined with the research progress of planning environmental impact assessment of the proposed research significance of UHV power grid planning environmental impact assessment. On the basis of elaborate planning and environmental impact assessment index system theory, proposed construction methods and principles of UHV power grid planning environmental impact assessment. Based on the investigation of UHV power grid planning characteristics, Proposed environmental impact identification UHV power grid planning and mentioned the importance of each evaluation factor.Second, based on the identification of the environment, with AHP and "Pressure-State-Response" model for planning environmental impact assessment, a combination of both effective measure to avoid the risk of subjectivity, greatly improving the environmental impact assessment of the scientific sex. Third, through the analysis of UHV construction environmental problems, on the basis of the environmental assessment on the run from the UHV grid construction period and both made specific environmental risk prevention measures for project managers and related environmental departments to strengthen environmental impact management to provide a reference. So that we can regulate environmental protection and management of UHV power grid, sustainable and harmonious development of the grid.In the current China to accelerate the construction of UHV power grid background, consider UHV power grid project during construction and operation of the potential environmental problems, good environmental impact assessment and environmental management of UHV power grid project, for the protection of special significant high-voltage power grid projects for sustainable development.
