Air preheater is an important part of the boiler system.Because of its high heat transfer efficiency and compact structure,it has been widely used in major thermal power plants.The normal operation of air preheater is very important for the stable and efficient operation of the boiler.In recent years,with the increasingly stringent national environmental protection requirements,thermal power units adopt SCR denitrification process to control the emission of nitrogen oxides.With the addition of flue gas denitrification devices,ash plugging by rotary air preheater has become a common problem in power plants.At present,the technology adopted by domestic thermal power plants to solve the problem of ash plugging by air preheaters is not ideal at the time.In recent years,a new technology of air volume slicing and ash blocking prevention for air preheater has been developed in China.This technology can fundamentally solve the blocking problem of air preheater.At present,this technology has been implemented in some thermal power plants in China,but there is still room for improvement in some theories and system configuration,which also increases the investment risk of thermal power plant transformation.In this paper,starting from the risk of the initial operation of air preheater air volume slicing and ash blockage prevention retrofit in thermal power plants,the reasonable evaluation index is selected,the evaluation index system is established,and the index weight is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy number,and the initial operation of air preheater air volume slitting and ash blockage prevention retrofit project is combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Periodic risk assessment is used to explore how to identify,measure and evaluate the risk in the initial stage of project operation,so as to achieve the optimal project implementation effect,and provide the basis and reference for the upcoming domestic thermal power plants to carry out air preheater air volume slicing and ash blockage prevention transformation.
