| With the increase of cost input of power grid projects and the rapid development of economy, the potential risk factors are gradually increasing, and how to better control the cost of power grid projects becomes the key. When constructing power projects, power grid projects are often affected by the following three aspects: one is the government, the other is the project participants, and the third is the power grid company.Under the comprehensive interference of the above-mentioned impacts and risk events,it is difficult for grid projects to be implemented according to the established plan, resulting in delays, accidents and even shutdowns. Therefore,it is necessary to identify and sort out potential risk factors in advance and evaluate their impact,so as to make risk management more scientific. This research work mainly takes the N city power grid project as an example, and conducts a more detailed exploration of the project cost risk management of the project.Various risk factors that may pose risks to the N city power grid project are identified.According to the characteristics of various risk factors, the weight of each risk factor is determined by the analytic hierarchy process;through the consistency test, the accuracy of the evaluation process is improved, and the adverse influence of experts’ subjective factors on the evaluation results is reduced;through the fuzzy mathematical algorithm,we get The calculation results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;through the analysis of the matrix calculation results, the influence degree of various risk factors of the N city power grid project is determined;according to the analysis results, the key rectification direction of the project is determined, and the rectification plan is determined. |
