From the aspect of the industry application in this paper, necessity of intelligent robot inspection system is demonstrated firstly; then, a current situation introduction of the intelligent robot inspection system is narrated. Introduces the structure and functions of intelligent robot inspection system principle and construction scheme from an instance of helan 750 KV substation, and through an analysis of application and construction of this system, discussion focused on the shortcomings and disadvantages is carrying on and get an effective acceptance method finally. The method can be the most comprehensive validation of each function of intelligent robot inspection system, and can found hidden danger existing in the installation and debugging. Through a good practical application, it has an excellent prospect and popularization value.This paper embarks from the practical application of helan 750KV substation, developed a comprehensive inspection plan that making it satisfy the use requirement and maximum its function in the process of installation and operation of the intelligent robot inspection system. Then, outlook of this new method is taking down, and make it together with traditional operation to improve utilization and reduce the human power.
