With the progress of technology and equipment,computer network science,modern super UHV and EHV power transmission system engineering is moving towards the direction of large-scale and complex,and voltage level,the new technology of a large number of applications enable traditional operation,operation,maintenance and other ways and means is faced with new challenges,how to further adapt to under the new situation of high voltage power grid operation,adopting new technology and new means to alleviate the substation operators of maintenance burden,effectively guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the equipment,has become one of the major problems faced in future.This article mainly from the key technology 500kV Shuangsi substation intelligent inspection robot is improved and the field application and other aspects of the study.On how to use the intelligent inspection robot to improve the remote monitoring capabilities of unattended substation equipment and intelligent inspection robot in function and performance needs to be studied and analyzed.The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows:1)A brief overview of intelligent inspection robot system.First,from the macro analysis the main structure of the intelligent inspection robot system,main parameters,and then expounds the important part of the system and in the system,a system of the most important parts of design laid the foundation.2)A design scheme of intelligent inspection robot system is presented with Shuang-si 500kV substation as an example,presents.The construction design of the inspection system of every part of a design scheme is introduced,include the installation of charging chamber,a dedicated channel,magnetic orbitals,RFID,auxiliary equipment and PC;then planning of inspection robot for type checking and testing equipment range.3.The application of infrared temperature measurement in the inspection robot is studied.Firstly,the principle of infrared temperature measurement is analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are given according to the influencing factors in the application of substation,and the research of the infrared temperature measurement technology in the intelligent inspection robot system is presented.Then the automatic navigation of the temperature measurement system is improved,and the navigation control is carried out by using the principle of laser positioning.Finally,through the actual test,the temperature measurement effect is good.4)The application of visible light in the reading state identification of all kinds of instruments is studied.Firstly,the visible light camera used by the intelligent robot is introduced.The design of the image recognition module is studied,and the computation time is reduced by two values of the color image,and the success rate of the recognition is not reduced.Through the Hough transform,to achieve a mirror image,and then calculate the dial value.
