Based on the bevel gear planetary drive with small teeth difference, nutation gear drive is a new kind of movable teeth transmission replacing the bevel gear meshing pair with the roller of movable teeth meshing pair, which have many advantages such simple structure, small volume, small parts, large transmission ratio, large carrying capacity, and no output mechanism and so on, so it has a broad development space and great value. The paper in the nutation transmission with conical movable teeth for the study, the main contents of the thesis are as follows:1. The center tooth surface equation and the meshing equation of the nutation transmission with conical movable teeth is established by using space meshing theory. Presented the pressure angle formula when the movable gears of the planetary gear meshing with the fixed center disk and the rotating center disk, Using the orthogonal experiment to discuss the transmission parameter’s influence on the gear’s pressure angle, the main influencing factors and the changing law of the mechanism pressure angle are obtained.2. Established the force analysis model of the center disk with used the theory of contact mechanics, analysis the conical movable teeth and the center disk’s force state in the transmission. Using the MATLAB software to solving nonlinear equations for movable teeth meshing pair, for the next step of center disk of tooth surface contact strength analysis laid a solid foundation.3. Established the fractal contact model for solving the center disk of tooth surface contact strength based on the M-B fractal contact model, got the loads and the area of relationship for the tapered roller teeth contact with the center disk, Using the MATLAB software to analysis the four base parameters for fractal contact model’s influence on the fractal contact model, draw the corresponding parameters of real contact area and load diagrams and the elastic contact area accounts for the real contact area ratio chart. Through the analysis of the results, verified the correctness of the fractal contact model in the theory.4. Using the finite element software of ABAQUS to complete the analysis and calculation of tooth surface contact strength between the tapered roller teeth with the center disk, the results show the correctness of the force analysis model established, get the stress distribution of the center disk for it under the force, and proposed the corresponding improvement measures, finished the modal analysis of the center disk by using the finite element software of ABAQUS, got their first ten natural frequencies and model shapes figure, provides a theoretical basis for follow-up product design.5. Analysis the center disk’s tooth surface contact strength with used the finite element software of ABAQUS, Hertz elastic contact theory and the fractal contact model for the same nutation transmission with conical movable teeth, compare the different results with each other and the conclusions are obtained.
