Reducer belongs to general mechanics and can be used in all fields, nutation reducer is a new type of reducer, skillfully combines spiral gear with the planetary bevel gear drive with small teeth difference, and the advantage of large single-stage drive ratio is small space. Nutation reducer has large completion in great speed ratio and compact construction that will bring new opportunities, huge economy and extensive application in the near future.In the nutation reducer, the planetary gear which was fixed in the fixed coordinate system, rotated coordinate system in the spatial sphere, the coordinate system was converted to the fixed coordinate system so that the question of dynamic point transfered into the question of the fixed. On the base, the gear profile equation was deduced, the multi-gear engagement was analyzed, the engagement angle and the radius of curvature was deduced, the force analysis the central gear and the conic roller was done.Inputs speed of spindle 1500r/min, the power are 3Kw, the velocity ratio are 28 2K-H nutation reducer are examples. These angles including conical angelδ, precession angelθ, and the roller flare angleβ2β3 were treated as variable quantities. The constraint, function was made in response to the constraints of strength and forecasting structure on the static and dynamic simulation.
