With the rapid development of the domestic economy, and promote the rapid development of China’s power industry. Increasing electricity demand and prompting power engineering is the key to increase number of projects.However, current research on the cost of the substation building lack of depth, which adversely affect the overall cost of China’s electric power construction.Improving the whole process of the project cost level has become a key power grid construction, cost control is also gradually occupy the central position in project management.This paper analyzes the current research, as well as cost management theory substation cost structure, cost control features, and cost control methods for analysis. San Shang Liang substations cost control to substation life cycle as the background, substation construction cost control model using triangular fuzzy numbers and E-VIKOR is based on the quality, duration, price, project management and other safety factors impact on the degree of influence substation project cost control.Finally, the paper presents the relevant comments, hoping to later development of power companies provide reference.
