As the constant focus on distribution network in power system, and the safety of the distribution network also affect the safe operation of the main, so the detection requirements for distribution network is higher and higher.Therefore need to develop a distribution network maintenance experimental platform, with more mobile, intelligent detection methods for distribution network power equipment state inspection and diagnosis and provide the equipment state information, judge equipment abnormal,predict the equipment fault, for maintenance before the fault happens, the arrangement according to the health status of equipment maintenance plan, implement equipment maintenance to ensure the safe operation of distribution network, is China’s intelligent power grid, a necessary and effective measures.Interface based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign relevant state overhaul,information technology, video technology, the power system technology, GPS technology,on the basis of the literature to iveco truck as a platform to integrate the various test equipment platform, using intelligent network technology, make the car each instrument equipment has become a communication section, an independent device address,technicians can monitor in the car to the test equipment and devices in the wireless network, and can access the data server for power testing equipment testing takes historical data analysis and generate reports.Power test on other devices can also be involved in to a wireless network, the remote users and operators will be able to use your car.And realize the remote user can in any can be connected to the Internet web site,through the PC monitor to the power test equipment and devices in the wireless network,and you can access the historical data of detection.At the same time, according to the practical operation of distribution network switch equipment, developed a kind of switch to protect the whole movement characteristics test equipment, through the instrument separation design, reduce the weight of equipment, wiring and simpler, with small current form large current instantaneous output, so that the switch action and record the action time of the contact.The success of the test apparatus, in the true sense to simulate the electric switch contacts in the operation of the monitoring, but for the electromagnetic protection, mechanical action, thermistor flow protection class column on the switch on a test, and measure the movement of the switch contact time at the same time.Through the application of the on-board computer software will test the equipment properties of physical data transmission through the network to the onboard computer in order to save the form, and establish vertical fixed number of year of the(different),horizontal() between different devices, comparison and analysis for test data, provide the basis for distribution network state overhaul.Paper overall goal for the realization ofintensive management of equipment, manpower and financial resources.
