Masonry structure of the building is the previous earthquake damage is more serious in the form of a structure, for the influence of each structural measures and different number of layers on the seismic performance of masonry structure, for the change of the masonry structural measures and the changing of masonry structure layers on seismic performance of shadow ring degree of understanding, this paper selects Xuankou middle school a damaged teacher housing as an example, summarizes the masonry structure damage and evaluates the construction measures. Using the ANSYS finite element analysis method of structural measures and the different layers of the masonry structure for teachers in residential buildings of the elastic plastic seismic response analysis of, comprehensive numerical simulation results, preliminary inquiry masonry structure in different layers and structural measures and the seismic performance of the difference. The main work of this paper is as follows:1.In the Wenchuan earthquake damage to masonry structure were summarized, and the Xuankou middle school teachers residential earthquake disaster is introduced, control GB50011-2001 version specification of Xuankou middle school teachers residential constructional measures for earthquake resistance analysis for the seismic checking, verify the Xuankou middle school four teachers in residential buildings aseismic structural measures to meet the standard of 9 degree seismic fortification requirements. Preliminary understanding of the actual damage of masonry structure and the seismic design code of the construction of the specific requirements of the structural measures have a deeper understanding and understanding of the structure of the earthquake.2.In this paper, after the reference GB50011-2001 version specification, in accordance with the specification’s minimum requirements for the height and the layer and structural measures, the Xuankou middle school masonry teaching building were homologous operating settings, using ANSYS finite element analysis software to carry on the numerical simulation to effect of different structural measures of brick masonry structure seismic capability, analysis of structural measures and the seismic performance of difference.3.In the light of the gb50011-2010 version building seismic design code based on the two versions of the specification under different seismic structural measures of structure seismic performance comparison and structural measures with structural seismic performance to quantify the relationship for the structural column reinforcement rate with the relationship between the angular displacement of the maximum inter storey. Focuses on the analysis in the structure measures and the interlayer displacement angle difference, in exploring structural measures strengthen for improving the seismic performance of masonry structure and seismic behavior of the design to provide certain basis.4.In prototype based on change layers of masonry structures numerical simulation calculation is carried out, focusing on the analysis compared the masonry structure in the different layers of the damage degree. Through numerical simulation, comparison and discussion of the heavier upper floors of seismic damage of masonry structure in the earthquake damage phenomenon, and the layers of the structure change of seismic capacity were compared and analyzed, the limit for the layers of masonry structures in seismic code provides some evidence.
