The Study On The Landscape Environmental Planning And Design For The Geracomium

With the development of economy, the aging phenomenon is getting serious, which brings great pressure to the society, as a unique Chinese pension institutions, gerocomium construction has received from all walks of life. Therefore, in order to sustainable development and effectively improve the quality of healthy and joyful life of the different elderly, the high quality of gerocomium environment landscape become inevitable trend. This paper takes Jiangxi Yujiang gerocomium as an example, the study on landscape planning and design of home environment. The results are as follows:(1) Through the analysis of the elderly physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics, summed up the old people to the home feeling, comfortable, exchanges and desire to learn the spiritual needs and safety and physical material needs.(2) Through the typical case of Beijing Sun City International Apartments for the elderly, Guangzhou city homes, Hongkong Zhangmutou holiday Centre for the elderly and America Sun City retirement community model analysis, summed up the good natural environment and humane landscape design, perfect matching services and rich spiritual and cultural life is the main content of environmental landscape planning and design of gerocomium.(3) Summarize the main problems of our gerocomium environment landscape, from the overall layout, the spatial organization and landscape elements design put forward the principle, content and method of environmental landscape planning and design of gerocomium.(4) Take Jiangxi Yujiang gerocomium as a practical example, based on the present situation investigation and analysis of the proposed design concept of "healthy city", from the humanization, landscape and psychological gerocomium on the environmental landscape of the overall layout, functional zoning and design elements.
