Study On Construction Scheme Of Decision-making Based On Bounded Rationality

With the rapid development in recent years in the construction industry, construction project continues to expand the scale of investment, the amount of investment, and the technical level, in this case, the more practical and reasonable construction management method has gradually become the focus of research. This paper introduces the theory of bounded rationality, combined with the actual project, and explore new ways to improve the utility of construction project decision.In China, study on the decision making method of construction mainly has three limitations:firstly, the limitations of the traditional project management mode can not adapt to the rapid development of the construction industry, the corruption of management is ingrained, and influence the introduce and application of science. Secondly, the scientific research has mathematical deduction and a large number of scientific reasoning, lack of practical considerations, it is empty talk. Thirdly, ignoring the effect of construction project decision-making main body factor of decision-making, hypothesis the decision-making body as purely rational person, in the practical application, its characteristics are unreasonable and low utility.Bounded rationality theory experienced a leap from perfect rationality to bounded rationality, the main features of bounded rationality are practicability、adaptability、 rationality、effectiveness, bounded rationality can make the decision to face their own situation, to face the external environment, and more reasonable. This article from the angle of construction unit, with the bounded rationality theory as the foundation, the decision making of construction project as the research object, combined with the fault case of the actual project, analyse decision problems in cognition and behavior in each stage of construction project, put forward measures to enhance the construction scheme decision utility, at the same time, based on the bounded rationality to put forward the construction scheme decision making method, make the degree of rationality and behavior bias degree as new evaluation indexs in the evaluation index system of construction project decision, then, choose the best construction scheme under the bounded rationality.
