Our rapid development economic promotes the prosperity of traffic cause, at the present stage our country highway career gradually began by large-scale construction into the maintenance period, With increasingly prominent problems such as resources, environment, traditional way of road maintenance didn’t adapt to the requirement of social development, research and application regeneration technology of asphalt pavement has become the important task of our country highway career. In order to be able to efficiently using waste material of asphalt pavement (RAP), at the same time, reduce energy consumption of construction and ensure the quality of the regeneration of the road, first test and analysis the three main materials (asphalt, aggregate, impurity) in RAP, put forward an evaluation system of RAP; Then research the strength, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of warm recycled asphalt mixture with different content of RAP, combined with the test results, analysis the influence of RAP content on the properties of warm recycled asphalt mixture, and put forward the suitable dosage of RAP; Finally, analysis and evaluate the economic benefits and environmental benefits of warm recycled asphalt mixture in theory.Analysis three main materials (Asphalt, aggregate and impurity) in RAP, introduce correspond indicators to evaluate and rank respectively, and finally produce RAP classification indexes and evaluation system, the RAP is divided into four grades, and sums up the way of recycling to each grade.Design and research the performance of warm recycled asphalt mixture with RAP content from 0 to 60 percent, the result shows that:the optimum new asphalt content of warm asphalt mixture is reduced by 45.83%, but total optimum asphalt content increase by 6.25%, the effect of warm agent has weakened, reduced form about 32℃ of 0 RAP content to 10℃ of 60%. Compressive strength and Compressive resilience modulus of warm recycled asphalt mixture almost increase linearly, high temperature dynamic stability increased, but low temperature anti-cracking performance and water stability decreased, and 40% RAP content is the road performances inflection point of warm recycled asphalt mixture.When the RAP content is within 40%, molding temperature of warm recycled asphalt mixture should not be lower than 145℃, when the RAP content is more than 50%, the water stability will occur large reduced with a small temperature lower, molding temperature should not be lower than 155℃. In order to ensure the water stability of hot recycled asphalt pavement, the RAP content should not be more than 40%, and the water stability is better after short-term aging slightly, but the splitting-strength is slightly lower.Using warm mix recycled asphalt mixture has obvious economic benefits and environmental benefits, if asphalt pavement need overhaul, compare with traditional way, saving material cost about Y88.96 per using one ton warm recycled asphalt mixture, and using warm recycled asphalt mixture can reduce fuel consumption by more than 20%, reducing emissions by about 30%.
