| Combine center-plant hot recycled technology and warm mix technology together, we put forward with a warm mix recycled asphalt mixture road technology which can consume larges of RAP, reducing environmental pollution, effectively saving new asphalt and mineral aggregate in the project construction, saving construction funds; it will achieve the goal that is energy saving and emission reduction and resources recycled application by lowering the mixing and constructing temperature which reduces harmful gases and greenhouse gases emissions, improving construction condition, realizing “low carbon†production and construction of asphalt mixture. It is developed to make a research on warm mix recycled technology systemically and deeply based on mature center-plant hot recycled technology to solve the key technical issues of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture. Firstly we address and evaluate the treatment process and technical character of the RAP’s recycle, sieve and election, taking measures to minish the variety; then we develop a research on laboratory test systemically, putting up with mix design method of warm recycled asphalt mixture adding different amounts of RAP, validating various of pavement performance of warm recycled asphalt mixture; we conclude producing and mixing process and constructing process, and put forward quality control key points and quality acceptance standard by using warm mix recycled asphalt mixture in the project. The research results show that warm mix recycled technology absorbs advantages of both center-plant hot recycled technology and warm mix technology, at the same time, making up two technologies’ flaws, making a development and improvement of recycled asphalt mixture pavement performance. |
