The rapid development of modern transportation industry, great changes have taken place in people’s travel way, residents of car ownership increased year by year. With the rapid growth of car ownership, the road is also because of the traffic and traffic density increases with more and more congestion, followed by a vehicle rear-end collision accident is increasingly prominent. The car brings convenient and quick, also threatens the people life and property safety. At the same time, the impartiality and fairness of dealing with the traffic accident also test for the related departments.In the event of accident, the car collision velocity and body deformation is large, usually leads to greater personal casualty and property loss, most of the accident, the car is not a head-on collision, after the accident, the vehicle trajectory is more complex, the car is not a dimensional motion, therefore in urgent need of the new method to analyze offset crash. In this paper, on the basis of the actual accident case, according to the characteristics of the accident, from the perspective of driver, vehicle, road and environment analysis of the cause of the crash. Set up four kinds of typical accident collision type, using the simulation software of PC-Crash, respectively under different bias degree with different relative speed, simulation analysis was made on four types of collision. Respectively to four rear-end collision types under the driver braking and steering simulation, the behavior of two kinds of operations for vehicle motion parameters in the crash. To offset degree, relative speed as independent variables, such as velocity, acceleration and angular velocity as the dependent variable, the kinematics parameters, such as through software simulation, system analysis the relationship between independent variables and vehicle movement behavior. According to reproduce the uncertainty of the result at the same time, change the parameter data, enter the simulation parameters, analyzing the change of the vehicle motion behavior characteristics. The results will provide driver behavior decision-making, accident reappearance and provides the theory basis for safety design of the vehicle.
