The Research On The Planing And Designing Of The CCRC In China

With the intensification of China’s aging society, a pension settlement in recent years is one of the ways which begin trying to solve the pension problems. CCRC, with its superiority of referring to the old man’s life and providing the comprehensive and systematic nursing service, is an important complement to in-home and institutional endowment pattern in China. But the CCRC’s theory and practice in China is still in its infancy state. Therefore, based on the practical and theoretical analysis and research in developed countries, combined with China’s national conditions and the small number of completed cases, trying to summarize the problems and principles that the CCRC pension settlements planning and design should focus on. This article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter illustrates the background and significance of the research, states the research methods and the content of this article, and explains the basic concepts mentioned in this article; Chapter II focuses on the CCRC theoretical basis for pension settlements, including basic concepts and contents of CCRC, and the value and significance of China, and analyzes the CCRC theories and practices in the relevant areas. The third chapter mainly introduces the CCRC status, and currently the CCRC pension settlements in the positioning, size, location and function configuration and layout, and sums up the problems on the architectural design; Chapter four and five referring to previous research and analysis, give recommendations on domestic CCRC endowment residential planning, architectural design. The fourth chapter expounds how to locate the CCRC, determine the size, location, and functional configuration and layout. From two aspects of public services facilities and housing, the fifth chapter gives the principles which should be followed in architectural design. The sixth chapter comes up with a summary.
