Research On The Design And Planning Of Medical Rehabilitation Space In Chinese Continuing Care Retirement Community

With the increase of the proportion of the population of the elderly in China,The change of family mode and the rapid deepening of the aging degree of the society under the special national conditions of China,Family pension has not been able to meet the social needs of the present stage.Under the social pension system in the new era,the CCRC community with the concept of combination of medical care and nursing will bear the more important responsibility for the elderly.At the present stage,the CCRC community in China is still at the initial stage,and there is less concern for its medical rehabilitation space design.The industry cod es that can be referenced are not yet in place,and there is no specific theoretical analysis.In view of the present situation,this article hopes to make a more in-depth study of the medical rehabilitation space in the CCRC community.This paper first summarizes the development status of China’s aging industry and CCRC community,and investigates the current situation of medical rehabilitation space of CCRC community in China,and analyzes and summarizes its scale,spatial organization,functional configuration and operation mode.At the same time,the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly were analyzed and summarized,and the basic characteristics of the community were summed up.Through the summarization and analysis of research cases and theoretical analysis at home and abroad,this paper makes a systematic research on how to build self sustained care in CCRC community from three perspectives: macro,meso and micro.First of all,we analyze and summarize the establishment of community operation system and medical rehabilitation system from a macro perspective,and put forward the design principles and overall strategies of medical rehabilitation space.The contents of the configuration of medical rehabilitation function from the view point of behavior of carding process and all levels of function configuration,the configuration of medical rehabilitation basic qualitative analysis combing;and the spatial layout of the form of medical rehabilitation are classified and summed up the layout principle,and puts forward the calculation method to control the size of the space medical rehabilitation.Finally,from the micro perspective,we made a systematic research on the design points of the appropriate rehabilitation for rehabilitation space in the CCRC community,and made in-depth research and elaboration on all functional departments and medical rehabilitation service space.This article hopes to provide valuable reference to the future of CCRC community medical rehabilitation space and to create high quality environment and improve the level of community design for the elderly.
