As a large capacity, greening public transport, the urban public transport plays an important role in solving the urban traffic congestion, the level of its service influences the sustainable development of the future city traffic directly. The traditional bus service level evaluation index such as waiting time, punctuality etc. is so difficult to control that bus service quality is not guaranteed. So this article researches the matching between vehicles and passenger flow in the view of network to realize the improvement of the performance of whole network.This paper is based on the complex network theory, using the simulation software Matlab, mainly researches in the following aspects:Firstly, on the basis of bus operation state, the bus stop as a node and the OD distribution among the station passenger flow and vehicle location as the condition to construct a bus dynamic network model to the passenger demand, to obtain the bus network topology under different modeling mechanism.Secondly, on the basis of public transport network model, respectively, study characteristics of the bus network under both have and no passenger flow load and consider statistical characteristics of the weighted urban bus dynamic network under the condition of different passenger flow distribution, in turn, analysis bus transit passenger flow distribution and the bus distribution mechanism, then evaluation indexes of the network state are put forward.Again, optimal network evaluation index as the goal, set up models of shuttle bus, large station express bus and the local train station express bus service frequency optimization, matching the vehicle distribution and traffic indicators to the optimal, in order to provide feasible basis for scientific and effective public transport scheduling.In adapt to the demand of the passenger flow of bus dynamic network, network statistical characteristics is related to traffic demand directly, therefore, for different passenger demand, only taking appropriate scheduling policy can improve the overall performance of the network.
