Today, crane is used in construction industry more and more frequently. Inthe traditional construction process of crane foundation, fixed crane foundationneed to be poured. It`s difficult to make this kind of concrete foundation, and itwill be removed only by blasting way in the end of project.If foundation is notbe cleaned up, it will also cause environmental pollution, and impactconstruction of pipe network. Today energy saving is in advocated, this structurethat wastes material and pollutes environment should be improved. Suchproblems are solved with the mobile crane foundation`s appearing. A kind ofmobile crane foundation which is made by beams and concrete is designed inthis paper, which includes three kinds structure.UG software is use to build modeling, then ANSYS software is used toanalysis mechanical.This paper designed a mobile crane foundation which includes concrete、steel beam、installation parts. Concrete structure is designed according to thebearing capacity,mobility, assembly methods. Girder which includes main beam, connecting beams,cross central part plays the role of connecting the concretefoundation and tower crane. Install part includes steel hinge line,wirecable,counterweight and so on. Referring to existing equipment designexperience, structure design is completed in UG.Mechanics analysis is done with ANSYS in this paper when structuraldesign completed. Model becomes simplified mechanical model before analysis.Some structures which do not affect the analysis results such as small lead angleshould be simplified in this process. It can save a lot of analysis time if we onlytake half part for analysis in the symmetrical structure`s analysis.ANSYS analysis process is divided into three steps which includepre-processing, solving, post-processing. pre-treatment process determineswhether the highly accurate results can be be got in result. Mesh dividing inpre-processing is important for analysis process. Research is done on how todivide mesh, the mechanical model is diving into hexahedral meshes, thenaccurate analysis results can be got.This kind of mobile crane is a practical application structure.Aiming toprove the profitability of this structure, a virtual company is build in this paper.The actual survey results which includes cost,operating methods is given,thenventure capital is introduced to solve the problem of initial capital, somerecommendations is given for the practical application of the structure of thispaper.
