With the rapid advances in science and technology, the developmentof hydraulic is becoming more and more mature. but also promoted therapid development of the hydraulic motor. Now, the hydraulic motor hasbecome one of the two output components in hydraulic system. Becauseof the various advantages of the hydraulic motor, It is widely used invarious fields of national production. Serves in China’s economicconstruction.Common swashplate, cline, and link-type axial piston hydraulicmotor have a same work principle, output torque of each piston wasaffected by the angle between the piston and the vertical center line ofcylinder. The smaller the Angle is, the output torque and the motorefficiency are lower. With the periodic variation of this angle, the outputtorque changes in ripple movement. Patent—Large torque efficiencypiston hydraulic motor(ZL99101670.X) have a change on the plunger surface, from bevel to helical. The output torque of the plunger is nolonger affected by the location, the output torque is increased, theefficiency improves significantly. But the study indicates that the totaltorque of motor changes with step. can not achieve a constant outputtorque of the motor.This paper, based on the results of this patent, designs adouble-reverse dislocation structure, the two helical screw motor plateaxial face opposite or contrary, the vertical centerline of the cylinderangle is different, that the two screw the plane of the disk at an angledifference, so that the torque curve of the two motor can be superimposed,it can achieve a constant torque output. First this paper reviews theresearch status and development trend of hydraulic motors and virtualprototyping technology. And focuses on the workprinciple and torquecharacteristics of a swash plate type axial piston hydraulic motors andscrew plate axial piston hydraulic motor. on the basis of writtenMATLAB combines the two hydraulic motor output torque program, andgives the characteristic curve of the output torque. By analyzing the screwplate type axial piston hydraulic motor characteristic curves, eight pistonmotor torque curve of the peaks and troughs have an equal length, after acertain angle dislocation it can be achieved complementary superimposed,so that the output torque is kept constant. Then designs two new motor,based on the calculated parameters in UG8.0environment and gives a theoretical calculation form of the two new motor. Analysis thekinematics and mechanical characteristics of the motor for a morecomprehensive theoretical. Finally, establish a constant torque axialpiston hydraulic motor simulation model by AMESim software, throughthe commissioning,operation of the model, after setting the parameters,its simulation analysis shows that the simulation results in line with thetheoretical design expectations.After a series of programming, operation, designing, modeling,simulation, comprehensive exposition of the constant torque axial pistonmotor structure, torque characteristics, the simulation results. Facts haveproved that the new motor can be designed to achieve constant outputtorque and efficiency, and expand the range of axial piston hydraulicmotor applications, while improving efficiency, programs written in thisarticle, and modeling, simulation can be used as a reference design of thehydraulic motor.
