In today’s society, energy issues have received increasing attention. In the process of the practical work of engineering machinery, frequently, load and power supply can not match, this brings a series of problems such as make the engine can’t work in high efficiency range, lead to a waste of resources and large system noise harm to human body.This article is aimed at a new type hydraulic load sensing torque converter applied in the engineering machinery, analyses the characteristics of the radial piston motor.The paper used in the hydraulic load sensing torque converter is a new type of dual valve plate radial piston motors base on the JBP piston pump, analysis of the structural characteristics and working principle of the new radial piston motors, and research the forces acted on the valve plate. Using flow simulation software Fluent calculate the distribution of the flow field on valve plate, analyze the impact of film thickness on the hydrostatic bearing, at the same time analysis and design the structure of damping triangular notch on the valve plate.First, this paper introduced the structural characteristics and working principle of the new structure radial piston motor. The back of outside and the inner valve plate is provided with shaped groove, the thrust acted on valve plate is equal to reverse thrust come from equivalent area.In paper the rotor and shaft rigid connection, its trip decided by the amount of eccentricity of stator and rotor. Double valve plate structure can overcome the eccentric wear generated by the radial imbalance force, but also greatly improved the stability and reliability.Second, analysis of the new type of valve plate’s structure and the force condition, for the performance of the distributing mechanism directly impact on the performance of radial piston motor, scholars both at home and abroad do various researching centering on problem of flow-distribution pairs. In this paper, the valve plate of hydraulic reverse thrust, hot wedge supporting force and gap compensation surface oil pressure are analyzed in order to reach the main goal of flow-distribution pairs’design as far as possible. Mainly as follows:Minimizing the leakage, reducing the wear and improving the mechanical efficiency and volume efficiency; Improving the force condition to improve the working performance and life of the valve plate; The designed structure should be simple, and manufacturability must be better. In this paper, simulation software Fluent is used to obtain the fluid field distribution of the valve plate, and analysis the effect of oil film thickness on hydrostatic support.Finally, research the damping triangular notch research on valve plate, to slow down hydraulic shock and reduce noise in the transition process of plunger bore. Rational design of structure parameters about damping triangular groove can reduce the noise level, reduce cavitations, increase life expectancy of the motor significantly under the premise of motor efficiency be guaranteed, and analysis the small aperture and small-angle of triangle notchThrough the study of the radial piston motor with new double valve plate, analysis of the force and flow filed of valve plate, and main factors affecting the wear, providing a basis to improving the design of valve plate of the radial piston motor. The design theory and method shorten the product design cycle, improved the design accuracy and the transmission efficiency of products, providing powerful technical support for the development and design of new products and existing products modification.
