| With the powerful support of goverment’s policy, more and more attention has been paid to the utilization technology of solar energy. Most of the refrigeration equipment for cold storage now can use power grid to provide Ac power for compressor so that the refrigerating system can work normally. But when in the condition of transportation or wilderness, the power grid now cannot provide power for them and it cannot work normally. Therefore, the research of the integration of power generation system of solar energy with refrigerating system, then designing and developing an suitable and good refrigeration effect refrigating equipment is full of realistic significance and can meet the largely demand of market.This paper designs a new form of refrigerating system that make a combination of solar energy light volt generating electricity system with refrigerating system.I come up with a new design algorithm of solar energy refrigerating system and have a deep analysis of the refrigeration effect and its characteristic during the working process of the experiment equipment, then I get some important conclusions. What’s more, during the process of experiments, I can find some problem and then put forward some improvement plans.Firstly, I make a comparetive study of the each components of the equipment system including the theoretical design and experiment, then I construct the experiment table of refrigerating system. Through the analysis of experimental data and the calculation of energy efficiency theory on dead load,500ml of water load and1000ml of water load, I find out that the biggest value of energy efficiency is1000ml of water load. It can explain that1000ml of water load is the relatively better load conditions of this experiment device.Secondly, after the matching experiment of68L,83L and150L and the experimental study of refrigerating system and the changing of each components’s parameter of solar energy system, through the sorting of the hundreds of groups experimental data and curve plotting, I finally identify that the refrigerating system of this device can stimulate1201volume freezer and analyze the power-on time of storage battery for different volumes from the perspective of theory. It can fully show the widely adaption of this device.Thirdly, according to the research results mentioned above, I make a experimental study of the locating place of PV panel and record the parallel voltage of PV panel and inverse current. Since different location can receive different sunlight, I analyze the data and get a conclusion that the most sunlight can receive is from the direction of southeast, southwest, the longest time that the parallel voltage can maintain is22.1V. Therefore, the relatively best place of PV panel is southeast and southwest.Finally, according to the real working condition of solar freezer and the analysis of experimental data, and the shortcomings of the design, I raise up some suggestions of the whole improvement plan of solar freezer and the ways to improve the energy efficiency.Through the design of device and the experimental study of device under different conditions, this paper accumlates some important theoretical reference data for solar refrigeration system and lays a solid foundation for the further research. What’s more, the solar freezer designed in this paper can play some guiding functions for the further use and the market promotion of this solar freezer. |
