Research On Internal Control Of Water Construction Project

Water infrastructure is an important facility for national economic and social development.From the central first document in2010first proposed:"Water is the pri mary condition indispensable to the construction of modern agriculture, is irreplaceable foundation to support economic and social development, is to improve the guarantee sys tem of indivisible ecological environment." By2011the central first document emphasi zes the important position and function of water conservancy in the global economic an d social development, national commitment to water reform and development is more re markable,"real money" will be the future investment in water conservancy.Therefore, water institutions need under the guidance of "administrative internal institutions control standards (Trial)", and establish water works construction project internal control system, not only can enhance the overall operation quality of our internal waterworks construction project control, but also can analysis the internal control problems of water construction projects, take effective measures to address these issues and improve the quality and operational efficiency of construction projects, protect of state property, reduce or eliminate the adverse consequences of the project to the entire community of mistakes.This paper taking a Water sewage treatment plant construction project as an example, through Summarization at home and abroad internal control theory, base overall internal control framework, combined with project management theory, research status and problems of water projects internal control system.
