| The planning of distribution network is an important component of future power network development and construction,the reasonable of distribution network planning will directly affect the safe and reliable operation of the power network and the economic level of distribution network.The comprehensive evaluation of distribution network planning is conducive to guide the decision-making of the planning scheme,optimize the distribution network structure and rational utilization of resources,is an important basis for the selection of distribution network planning scheme.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation of the level and quality of distribution network planning method is an important research content of power system.This paper first analyzes the operation status and load development of the distribution network in Shijiazhuang.According to the economic situation and load characteristics of urban area,many methods are used for load forecasting.According to the results of load forecasting and the existing problems of the distribution network planning the long-term goal grid structure planning of distribution network.This paper carries out research on distribution network planning from several aspects of 110 k V and 10 kV power grid structure,power distribution automation and cable channel.On the basis of the overall planning scheme,the reasonable and effective comprehensive evaluation index system.This paper mainly uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to calculate the importance weight of each index,designs a set of comprehensive evaluation criteria for distribution network planning,and quantifies the index data to make it more intuitive and comparable.Comprehensive evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of Shijiazhuang distribution network planning scheme,check whether the index system structure and evaluation model are reasonable,whether the evaluation results can provide a reasonable reference for distribution network planning decision. |
