Research On Comprehensive Freight Transportation Hub Location Under Set-up Cost Uncertainty

Comprehensive transportation system of the National12th Five Year Plan proposed: with the requirements of seamless convergence and zero distance transfer, we should promote the comprehensive transportation hub building and build42national comprehensive transportation hub. As an important part of the comprehensive transportation system, comprehensive freight transportation hub is a major transit area inside and outside of the region and is the effective convergence point of different transportation modes. It has a strong attract and radio function for the near area. Therefore, the reasonableness of the comprehensive freight transportation hub location has a significant impact on the comprehensive transportation system planning.Comprehensive freight transportation hub location has uncertainty because it is affected by many uncertain factors, such as the set-up cost for the hubs, the demands to be transported between the nodes, transportation scale effect and so on. This paper considers the uncertainty of the hub set-up cost, researches comprehensive freight transportation hub location and establish a comprehensive freight transportation hub location model when the hub set-up cost uncertainty to make the comprehensive freight transportation network has stability.Firstly, based on analysis the research status at home and abroad about comprehensive freight transportation hub location, determined research direction, make sure that the hub location problem in this paper is the multi assignment mode and P-median hub location problem when hub set-up cost uncertainty.Secondly, this paper uses scenarios set of hub set-up cost to represent uncertain of hub set-up cost and establishes a comprehensive freight transportation hub location model under a specific scenario. This model takes the transfer costs between hubs, the transportation costs, inter-hub transportation scale effect and service time requirement into account. Then, introduced minimax regret theory to optimize this model, established comprehensive freight transportation hub location model under hub set-up cost uncertainty and accorded to the model feature, the author designed a tabu search algorithm to solve the model.Finally, taking the coal transport network as an example, this paper verified the feasibility of the model, proved that the final optimization results of this model has robustness. The conclusion of this paper can be used as a theoretical reference for a comprehensive freight transportation network operator.
