Research Of Landscape Design On Shantytowns Resettlement Housing Resident

The research of Chinese shantytowns resettlement housing construction started late, and, currently, it mainly focuses on the demolition and mode of financing. These researches just pay attention to the efficiency of house demolition, relocation benefits and image project. However, it lacks of research and attention to the outdoor green space of shantytowns resettlement housing, as well as lacks of approaches and efficient utilization strategy of the residential landscape. Therefore, to come off a good landscape design of the shantytowns resettlement housing, this article researches on this aspect of the actual use of the demand of the relocation of residents, then create a better living environment in the condition of cost control and use of limited funds.First, this paper introduces the background of the topic and the research purpose and significance, defines the research objects of this paper, and analyzes the current research status at home and abroad. The theoretical basis includes the composition of green space and its influencing factors, environmental behavior science, environmental psychology science, Maslow hierarchy of needs theory and related theory of neighborhood association.Second, through the analysis of specificity of the shantytowns resettlement housing and existing problems of present situation and the reasons, this paper summarizes two major problems the shantytowns resettlement housing landscape design facing now. One is the conflict between the limited funding as well as strict cost control and quality of greening landscape, the other is the contradiction of numerous residents with limited outdoor space. To solve the two problems, based on the theoretical foundation, the paper puts forward specific design strategy of the overall plan and scientific partition. And combined with the actual case design, this paper discusses the practical application and provides realistic basis.Finally, the paper summarizes the research of the theoretical basis, the strategy research and the practical application. At the same time, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the shantytowns resettlement housing construction, and the author hopes that they can provide a better way for the shantytowns resettlement housing landscape design.
