Resettlement housing is a kind of affordable housing with affordable housing,low rent housing and public rental housing.In general,resettlement housing projects are organized and implemented by the government management platform.Therefore,the construction of resettlement housing projects is different from the characteristics of ordinary housing projects.It has the characteristics of wide influence,high social attention,large investment,short construction period,high quality requirements and strict cost control,which requires construction enterprises to have a high level of comprehensive management,including progress management.Aiming at the problems of single means of progress control and poor effect of progress control in the progress management of Z resettlement house project,this paper studies,optimizes and improves the progress management of project construction to ensure the realization of the target of construction period,and provides some reference for other similar projects.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research overview of project progress management and resettlement house progress management at home and abroad;secondly,Z resettlement house project is selected as the research object,and the basic situation of the project is introduced.On this basis,the current situation of project construction progress management is briefly introduced,and the existing problems of progress management are analyzed.Find out the factors affecting the schedule management;then according to the overall management objectives of the project and the time limit required by the contract,according to the relevant theories and methods of project management,through the application of task decomposition,project organizational structure decomposition,task responsibility matrix,use Microsoft Project,Zebra Menglong network plan and other project management.The construction progress plan is compiled by the software,and the corresponding Gantt chart and network plan are obtained,from which the key routes of the project construction are found and used as the basis for the progress control.Then,the construction progress management system and dynamic monitoring system of Z resettlement house project are briefly described,and the work is done separately by applying S-curve method and earned value method.This paper compares the progress of engineering pile project and main structure project,analyses the implementation of the progress control of engineering pile project and main structure project in the project,and according to the above comparative analysis results,calculates and analyses the adjustment of construction period,formulates effective corrective measures and draws up a new construction progress plan;finally,it summarizes the realization of the project.The organization,management,economy and technology guarantee measures needed for the construction progress plan are introduced,and the implementation effect of the progress management is also briefly described.The construction schedule planning should take all possible factors into consideration according to the project time limit target,and the dispatch plan matching with it should be made as a supplement to the construction schedule.The execution and control of construction progress plan is a PDCA cycle,which requires project managers to take corrective measures constantly,compile new progress plan and implement and control it.The implementation and control of construction progress plan and its derivation plan can not be without effective means of organization,management,economy and technology.Through analyzing the problems existing in the progress management of Z resettlement house project in the construction stage,this paper puts forward the optimization and improvement measures of the construction progress management,constructs an effective and feasible progress management system,ensures the implementation of the progress plan on the ground,and guarantees that the project can be completed on time.
