With the development of economy and society, the auxiliary lifting device in welding accessories, auto mould, assembly line, assembly line or work station and so on, are of great help to reduce labor intensity, improve the work efficiency of the operation work. So that people have more and more high demand for auxiliary lifting device, especially for the use of convenient, real-time sensing operations personnel to operate the intentions of the intelligent auxiliary lifting equipment demand. This paper uses the fuzzy control technology, produced by the American TI company MSP430F149 microcontroller as the main control chip, using AC servo motor as the driving force, the design and implementation of an inte lligent electric balance, has a certain practical value and popularization value.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part describes the research background and the research content, the principle of the system and the basic structure are discussed, and the design of the framework of the overall function of the system. The second part is the intelligent electric control mechanical structure design and safety protection design, mainly including the servo motor selection, design of transmission mechanism etc.. The third part is the hardware design of intelligent electric balance, includes the main control board, display board design, infrared remote control design and selection of weighing sensor. The fourth part is the software design of intelligent electric balance. Firstly, using MATLAB fuzzy toolbox for the design of fuzzy controller and lookup table, then the table into the control system flow chart of control process, the IAR systems for MSP430 development platform to write control program, mainly to write the weighing data sampling, infrared receiver, serial port communication and digital tube display modules. The fifth part of the various functions of the system were tested and analyzed, which proves the practicability of the system.The test indicates that the intelligent electric balance is designed in this paper can satisfy the user the demand function, stability and reliability and strong practicability.
