Affordable housing by the slab-wall system, so as to increase the height and can get more free space, improve the construction efficiency and simplify the installation of equipment and piping, and improve indoor comfort perception and construction.In this paper, it is studied on the slab-wall system of the affordable housing.Its no column and beam(Keep just outside a small amount of coupling beam and frame beam),Only floor and shear wall components work together to each other.Because there was no beam in the floor, only a single piece of wall and floor connection effect, the structure ductility.According to the above problem, this paper USES the finite element analysis method research board-walls, the seismic performance of structure under horizontal seismic action.First of all, using Midas Building plate-wall system structure model is established and a system of beam slab structure control model, and carries on the modal analysis and response spectrum analysis. Two structure dynamic characteristics and response spectrum analysis of the calculation results, the indicators of view structure whether meet the specification requirements, and the response differences between the structure under the action of response spectrum.Secondly, the structure calculating model of two static elastoplastic analysis (a Push-over), two structures in the X, Y direction of the performance curve and performance point of status and development of plastic hinge structure mode, through the comparative analysis, evaluation of wall structure seismic performance.Finally, for the research of wall structure under the real seismic response, using the finite element software MIDAS to flat structure model for dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, adopting El-Centro wave, Taft wave and artificial RHlTG045 wave three seismic waves. Through the wall structures under severe seismic base shear, vertex displacement, story drift and wall joint development pattern, the seismic performance of the structure of the wall.
