Monitoring of solar power plants is very difficult.To solve this problem, this paper proposes a regional monitoring network of solar power plants imagination. And gives the design of network monitoring architecture, hardware and software requirements, etc.Combined with the current research frontier of large data mining, solar power generation capacity is proposed prediction method based on regional surveillance.
