At present,the market of construction is developing rapidly,the scale of the construction industry is increasing,and the competition of construction is becoming more and more intense.Compared to a single project,parallel multi-projects can meet the demand of the market more.At the same time,traditional project management technologies such as PERT/CPM,which are easily affected by various uncertainties.It has been difficult for them to meet the actual needs of current construction management,and it is easy to cause project delays and cost growth.In recent years,the emergence of new project management methods has improved this situation,critical chain technologies can effectively resolve various resource conflicts among projects,while also avoiding delays in construction schedules and reducing project costs.Therefore,under the circumstance of multi-projects of construction projects,we will study how to use critical chain management techniques to improve the current management situation to minimize delays in construction schedules,reduce construction costs,rationally allocate various resources,and ensure the economic efficiency of enterprises.After researching and analyzing the latest research results at home and abroad,and discussing the research on the critical chain scheduling based on robustness,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current robustness metrics,proposes an improved robustness metric,and establish a bi-objective scheduling model with the objectives of shortest duration and the largest robustness index of multi-projects,on the basis of this,a secondary scheduling was performed and a heuristic coordination strategy was adopted to eliminate secondary resource conflicts.This paper discusses the resource optimization about building construction.Under the circumstances of supporting construction,internal relationship of resources was considered and various resources were classified,the relevant theory of resource entropy is introduced to eliminate influences of multiple resource dimensions,and a resource-balanced optimization model for multiple resources was established,and genetic algorithms was applied to solve the established model.Based on the resource balance optimization method of critical chain,the relevant theory of critical chain technology is applied to management of the multi-construction project construction,and the basic scheduling scheme is obtained through the identification of the critical chain and the buffer setting.The optimization of multi-resources will proceed when the duration does not change,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model are verified.
