| During the "Twelfth Five-year Plan" period, our country will invest hundreds of billions of yuan for substation construction, which has many risks, so the risk problem of substation project has emerged. In the risk management of substation project, most substation project managers lack of the considerations of the complex natural and social environment. These uncertainty factors will inevitably interfere with the control and management of project schedule, quality and cost, at same time it is bound to affect the smooth realization of substation project goal. Therefore, no matter in theory or practice, the risk management of substation project must be strengthened.First of all, this paper begins with risk management research status of construction project at home and abroad, and then it introduces the related theory of project risk and risk management and the concept of the risk management of substation project. The problems and reasons existing in the risk management of substation project are analyzed. With reference to the principle of project risk management at home and abroad, the risk management of substation project is divided into the stage, and the concept, basis, methods of risk identification and common risk factors of substation project are systematically expounded. On the basis of it, the risk evaluation index system of substation project is established, which contains environment risk, management risk, technology risk and economic risk. The theory of fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced and combined with the actual situation of Akangnan 110kV substation project, the risk of this project is analyzed. According to risk evaluation index system of substation project, the risk of Akangnan 110kV substation project is evaluated and counter-measures of risk is put forward. The study of risk management of substation project in this paper provides the reference to the managers who are engaged in the risk management of substation project. |
