Research On Green Building For STATE GRID Hangzhou Electric Power Company Design & Optimization

The small completion scale of buildings’ energy saving is current situation of green buildings energy saving reconstruction. Existing research results focused on the buildings’energy saving technologies and case of existing buildings, lack of the case of new buildings’energy saving. To compensate for this deficiency, this paper will give efforts to build and perfect the service system of the green building and energy saving reconstruction and provide the case of new building energy saving.Based on the research of existing building and new building energy saving whose related theories and analysis of domestic and international experiences, this paper firstly researches the composition framework of the service system and behavioural character of green building whom of domestic and international.By making use of the various therortical analysis on chinese building energy saving system, it was found that the total energy consumption is large, the increase in population growth and the construction demand are getting bigger. Considering about the urgent situation on buidling energy consumption, building energy saving has become the key way to achieve the energy saving and emission reduction. Based on the Chinese building’s energy of analysis and comparisons whose Chinese government promulgate <Assessment standard for green building>. This assessment standard offers a solid foundation for green building. When it establishes an Evaluation Standard of Green Building, proposed the best building energy saving reconstruction with the theory, proposed the case of new building that meeting the principle of individual rationality. This paper wills analysis the different ideas of Chinese assessment standard and international assessment standard. Green building for STATE GRID Hangzhou electric power company is good case for Evaluation Standard of Green Building.Finally, based on case of STATE GRID Hangzhou green building whose analysis this building use green skill. This paper will check which skills can use in this building and the question of paid back. This paper put forward proposals and measures to improve the service system of Evaluation Standard of Green Building and building energy saving, improve information about green building.Research aims to provide analysis and improvement ideas and methods of green building rating system. This paper will improve service levels of green building evaluation. And it provides a reference for the development of relevant policies.
