Clay Core Rock Fill Dam has gradually become one of the high dam constructions’ mainstream dam type in world. With the large number of inputs of the new earthwork machinery and the level of the filling construction technology continuous improvement, while in-depth study of damming material test, Greatly broadened the range of embankment dam materials and materials mode, which provided favorable conditions for embankment dams widely used. There exsits a fault in traditional embankment dam which large fillings brings long construction time, particularly in high embankment dam construction which has become extremely prominent. One important part of dam construction technology and all parties participating in the construction issues of concern under the premise of ensuring the quality of construction and safe operation are speeding up the construction progress under tradition advantage with giving full play to low-technical requirements of embankment dams features, strong adaptability of dam, fully used of local material.In this paper, using engineering as background which the author witnessed, determined a reasonable partition stage planning and the construction road layout, which created conditions for reasonably continuous high strength construction and fully playing equipment resource efficiency. Launched a material multi-source planning and dynamic programming research, added three preparation games, and dynamically adjusted the reserves coefficient, Optimized the stockyard mining area, and ensure the rockfill materials filling strength. Through the research, obtained technical parameters of gravel soil and claypan reasonable blended ratio and gravel soil blended ration.
