Research And Application Of Material Requirements Planning System In Little Batch Manufacturing Mode

Because of individuation and diversification of customers' demands, manufacturing mode is becoming much variety and little batch. So research on material requirements planning (MRP) system in little batch manufacturing mode will help accomplish manufacturing management system integration, help the enterprise establish an effective manufacturing management system, and improve enterprise manufacturing management and increase market competition capability. The efforts of the paper are as follows. Material requirements planning system theory is analyzed and key technologies of MRP system are researched including designing and modeling BOM and lead time flexibility; system integration necessity and solution methods are discussed between MRP system and other systems; on the basis of relative analysis of primary compute models for material requirements planning, improved arithmetic for material requirements planning is put forward in little batch manufacturing mode; material requirements planning system demands are analyzed, system functions are designed and achieving methods of important modules are stated in detail; material requirements planning system is developed with maintaining data, making MRP plan, adjusting MRP plan, displaying MRP plan functions and so on; Last, the parts remained to be improved are discussed.
