The enterprise production mode is changing from continuous type to discrete type because of the rapid transformation of customer personalized market demand,thus appeared more product model and specifications,and the same change to the types of materials.Due to the above questions,sometimes the materials for production workshop can't delivery in time or appeared the phenomenon of material accumulation.In order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of material delivery in the production process,a material requirements planning method based on production rhythm is put forward in this paper.The material distribution system system are designed based on the proposed method with the purpose of satisfy the demand of just-in-time(JIT)idea.Firstly,Introducing the production plan in different material distribution mode in Job Shop,three materials planning optimization goals in Job Shop are raised aimed at the common problems of the production plan at the present stage.Start from the optimization goal,In view of line inventory,warehouse inventory and capacity of AGV car in the actual production,to determine integration rules of unit material requirements.Unit material requirements can be calculated according to the rules of integration,then integrated in to a material distribution plan.Finally,Based on the material requirements planning method,Production material delivery is designed,Information collection work is able to carry out with the means of RFID radio frequency technology and bar code technology,and this is useful to assist the development and design for the material distribution system.the feasibility of material requirements planning method in this paper is verified.
