Design Of Simulation Test Platformfor Driver Display Unite

The tendency of the development in the area of electrical locomotive related technology is to arrive at integration and network, the key equipment of man-machine exchange in the network is the Driver Display Unit. In the process of the introduction of the HXD2 B electrical locomotive, with the factors of technology, fund and utilize considered, a localization research on the Driver Display Unit is made. In this process, the analysis of the data stream,the study of display program logic, debugging, upgrade and the factory test need to be carried out in the laboratory or production workshop; This thesis takes these problems as the background to design a driver display simulation platform which is used to complete the related work during the localization of the Driver Display Unit.This paper first reviews the development process of the electric locomotive and its display technology, and briefly describes the display characteristics of the mainstream driver displays,then analyzes the application situation of train network control system in our country in the field of locomotive. The method and background used in the paper, are also described completely. Then,the composition, function and data switching rules of the TCMS network are studied in the paper and the communication protocol layer and transmission mechanism in World FIP Field bus are also analyzed; Next, the Driver Display Unit functions in the locomotive, work flow for display program, the relationship between interfaces, the meaning, operation, changes for display contents are described in detail in this paper,in order to make the function requirement analysts for the simulate experimental software. Finally, the hardware selection and software design are completed,the DDU on-line test is carried out on the simulation experimental platform.The results of simulation experimental platform and DDU on-line test shows that: the experimental platform can complete communication and analog control function, the design of platform is correct, and the on-line test results meet the expeditions.
