Along with the rising proportion of an aging population, aging, the elderly with chronic disease prevalence rate also increased dramatically, especially the increased prevalence of cardiovascular disease, chronic diseases, stroke phenomenon more generally, lead to lower limb paralysis of the old man’s scale expands unceasingly. The psychological and physical state of seniors with paralysed lower limbs will change a lot because of the deteriorating physical function and the lowing social status. The auxiliary medical equipment with paralysed lower limbs need to be improved. This essay has analyzed the characteristic of senior community with paralysed lower limbs based on related medical nursing materials and field research in Dalian welfare house. The overall scheme is based on the requirement of seniors and related national standard.According to the requirement of modularity, the whole design is divided into four modules including bed lifting, leg bending, basic training and lifting, lowering and auxiliary mechanical designing is completed and its three dimensional modeling and overall assembling are achieved through PRO/E. The average size of Chinese senior citizens are calculated and compared to that of Korea people and Chinese adults. Analyzed the relationship between people, machine and environment. The model is completed in the virtual CATIA environment and its space rational reasonably tested by the three dimensional simulation and interference testing technique. The comfort of each function is probed into through position analyzing module, function separation setting and position adjustment and then the position analyzing report will be output and the products will surely meet the requirement of 95% of Chinese seniors. Finally, the rehabilitation bed will be optimized by using 3D dummies and the proper angle will be recommended. The lumber vertebra and other major parts of human body will be analyzed through biomechanical single movement repetition and this will provide support and data for subsequent clinical application and optimization.
