Medical nursing rehabilitation training of research is to solve the lower limb disabled or walking difficult patients transfer inconvenience in daily nursing problems,its research is the key to design a set of accord with human body characteristics in our country,the safe and stable,low price of nursing instruments.By comparing the relevant advantages and disadvantages of medical care equipment at home and abroad,puts forward the design parameters of medical nursing rehabilitation training and the basic functions,namely,dual power supply function,walking front wheel Angle adjustable,folding and auxiliary unit modular functions.According to the generation of prototype design experience and repeated proof,finally confirmed by foot slider and as a design scheme of the manual,and in the AUTODESK INVENTOR development environment to complete all the parts of the equipment of 3 d modeling and the whole machine assembly,at the same time with the help of MATLAB simulation platform is completed the key state of mechanism motion analysis.According to the function of the control system of key electrical components selection,application of Altium Designer EDA tools to design of system electric schematic diagram,and the RVMDK platform by calling the STM32 firmware library official correlation function completed the soft design of the control system.According to the characteristics of statics analysis on equipment machine to simplify the model,using ANSYS WORKBENCH CAE tools to complete the statics analysis of the machine,the equipment startup and running stability of the machine made a detailed analysis and calculation.Finally application of topology optimization variable density method,application of HyperWorks OpitStrcut module for instrument of hoist boom as a whole and the section two direction is optimized and analysis,compare the optimization results after the whole optimization way as the final design scheme for reference.Research results show that double power supply design scheme is feasible,the front wheel Angle can be adjusted equipment greatly increased flexibility,folding mechanism design can save up to 45%of equipment storage space.Statics analysis result shows that the strength of the whole structure is reliable,the machine stability analysis results show that the critical tilting device in the process of running collision speed 12.3 m/s,tilting possibility is very small.Topology optimization upstart actuating arm structure flexibility has fallen by 68.8%,the overall quality of hoist boom of score decreased by 53.9%,based on the optimized jib structure statics,results show that the overall structure strength,safety coefficient is improved after optimization,stress and strain are declined,topology optimization for hoist boom structure design provides a theoretical support,reduce the blindness of design.
