Electricity industry is the economic lifeline of our country. The effectiveness and efficiency of operation on electric power engineering construction is related to the power supply in a region. Along with the continuous deepening of the reformation of China’s electric power system, it’s getting higher and higher in the analysis result of electric power projects’ input and output ration and comprehensive running efficiency. Power transmission and transformation project is an important part of electric power construction and the carrier of power supply. It’s level of development and the layout is an important support for the economic development of a region and an important guarantee to people’s life and is one of the important basic conditions in promotion of economic development and social progress in a region. At the same time, power transmission project project planning, construction quality and the sustainability of the factors related to a regional power supply structure and the power allocation scheme. Therefore, the power transmission project were reasonable and effective evaluation can not only benefit and influence of the project itself to analysis and evaluation, more important is for the regional electric power layout reasonable, orderly power leveling, to provide a strong basis and reference to the subsequent construction specification. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation of power transmission project has important practical value and academic value.Power transmission project post evaluation is one of the important means of project inspection, an important concern of the project whether achieve goal of construction project, whether to achieve the expected results, whether can achieve the expected benefits. Therefore, of transmission and distribution project post evaluation to all-round and multi angle evaluation index selection, scientific effective selection evaluation method, reasonable and standard design and establish evaluation system, emphases focused on the factors of decision-making, technology, implementation, environmental, economic, and sustainability of a comprehensive and systematic analysis and evaluation.The on the basis of the Bayannaoer City Lin Hexi 220 kV power transmission project of the actual data, in the research project evaluation based on the theory and the characteristics of power transmission and transformation project by entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, entropy weight model is applied to the weight of each factor revision process, and based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is modified by entropy, using Pro West 220 kV power transmission project of the actual research data, to establish and perfect the existing evaluation system, reasonable and effective analysis and research of Lin Hexi 220 kV power transmission project.The establishment of the comprehensive evaluation method of Linhe West 220 kV power transmission project selection and system, for Bayannur City power grid construction, power distribution, power distribution provides a favorable basis. Provides reference and basis for design and evaluation of new power transmission project.
