As the pace of the global integration of the economy continues to get fast,the relationship among enterprises is increasingly close,which makes the market's demand and supply develop diversely,and the speed of product updating improve constantly.As the main body of the industry market,enterprise should make full use of the advanced management idea and technology,optimize their configuration,reduce product cost,improve product quality,and constantly enhance the core competitiveness so as to maintain the existing competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce market environment.In this context of such environment,the only way to keep the invincible position in the market,enterprise must change its own law of development,introduce the advanced operation mode of supply chain management and establish a mutually beneficial partnership,which include the optimization and evaluation system of suppliers in the supply chain,and the implementation of resource integration.This paper starts from the basic theory of material suppliers ' management.After discussing the theory of material supplier management and the current situation of supplier management,combined with the construction principle and construction process of starting the index system,the evaluation index system for power transmission project material supplier is given.By using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and entropy coefficient method respectively to determine the index system of subjective and objective weights,the evaluation results,combined with the main objective,are more practical than ever before.Then,it constructs an evaluation model of power transmission project material supplier,and expounds the calculating method and steps.The model can not only play a professional knowledge and experience of experts,but also can take into account the actual situation.According to the development of enterprises at present and future development plans,the manager can flexibility choose the preferences of the coefficients for the subject.At last,according to the actual case,the material suppliers are evaluated and the results and evaluation methods are analyzed.In theory,this paper's results are useful for the research in the field of material suppliers' evaluation.In practice,they provide a good reference for the marketing of material suppliers' management in our country,which is better to supplement and improve the evaluation theory system.
