Microgrid can integrate the advantages of distributed generation,coordination the contradiction between distributed generation and power grid. Full use of distributed energy,with local load,energy storage device and monitoring and protection devices,constitute a new power system with ability of self-control,protection,and management. But for how to achieve effective control of microgrid operation, and exist problem of energy management and scheduling, still need further study.. Among them,economic operation of the microgrid is a difficult research problem in research. There are many DG and local load in microgrid,with two operation modes of connect grid mode and islanding mode,decentralized scheduling risks and improve the reliability of electrical power supply. However,the generation of wind power and photovoltaic in microgrid are closely related to weather conditions,ambient temperature,wind speed,solar radiation and other conditions. And generation mode,load demand and market price have uncertainty. The deterministic method is dependent on the accuracy of the input data,However,when the input data on the microgrid forecasting,it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the data. When in a deregulated electricity market,the market price and the load demand is more difficult to predict. In addition,due to the wind speed and light intensity is intermittent,so wind power and photovoltaic power generation is not controllable and accompanied by a greater power fluctuations. Therefore,the effectiveness of traditional optimization methods,need to re-examine. When using the new method needs to consider the changes in the input data intermittently.As the microgrid contain renewable energy with uncertainty,therefore,the probability of energy management techniques was needed to analyze the system. In this paper,the probability of energy and operation management method based on point estimate method and adaptive firefly algorithm in an uncertain environment of microgrid was proposed. Using 2m point estimate method to analysis the uncertainty of microgrid,could solve the probability distribution of the random variable results,when applied to the probabilistic power flow calculation in power system, can get high accuracy. Firefly algorithm based on adaptive mulation technology improved to determine the optimal energy management of microgrid,improve the convergence of the algorithm,avoid falling into local optima. Finally,through a microgrid model to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
