| In recent years, The demand of energy and electricity in China is growing rapidiy,strengthening the smooth implementation of scientific planning and construction of power projects, particularly in strengthening the comprehensive evaluation of distribution network planning projects, which is contribute to sustainable development and effective power play important fundamental role in the economic development of the electric power. For a long time, the evaluation of distribution network planning projects including reliability, safety, power quality assessment of individual indicators, these indicators can only assess individual distribution network planning from some extent and evaluate the effect of different sides, it is difficult to assess the overall investment income, and then, it canot provid a reliable criterion for scientific decision making. Therefore, this paper conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the distribution network for Wulanchabu urban planning projects, it will be more important for the decision-making and the smooth implementation of the regional network planning projects.For thesis topics, this paper firstly systematically studied the theory and method of combing the domestic and international research network, and the problems in the using,especially for the theory of the distribution network evaluation carried out relevant analysis; Secondly, analysed the Wulanchabu urban distribution actual situation, summed up the main problem; once again, based on the problems just mention, we designed the comprehensive evaluation index system grid of Wulanchabu urban distribution network.and used AHP method to set the weights and evaluated the project with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, mainly from the social, economic, environmental coordination, technical performance perspective of a comprehensive analysis of the planning project to sum up. The study rults provided important reference value for the scientific decision-making of Wulanchabu urban distribution network planning, while it is also significant for the decision-making and implementation of related projects of similar companies. |
