Research And Design Of Risk Assessment System For Electric Power Communication Network

Electric power communication network is an important part of power system. In recent years, with the smart grid construction accelerated, more and more important role in electric power communication network, its security directly affects the stable operation of its own, and directly or indirectly and stable operation of the power network impact. Therefore, study on the development of electric power communication network security risk evaluation is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the whole power system.This paper analyzes the current domestic external security risk assessment, electric power communication network security risk assessment from two aspects of the research results, and absorbed the experience of safety risk assessment at home and abroad, combined with the structure and characteristics of electric power communication network, the establishment of the communication network in power transmission network as the focus and evaluation in this paper, and then by the implementation of the assessment on safety risk of electric power communication network analysis method established hierarchy.Combined with the electric power communication transmission network deployment status, analytic hierarchy process to establish a set of electric power communication network security risk assessment model based on the evaluation index system and evaluation, including the algorithm; electric power communication network security risk assessment system based on demand, designed the system function design, database system; design evaluation model and system based on MVC development model, using developed a set of practical engineering application value of electric power communication network security risk assessment system.The example analysis indicates that the electric power communication network security risk assessment results can provide quantitative analysisbasis for operation and dispatch personnel, contribute to timely find the weak link of electric power communication network, so as to avoid seriousaccident, improve the level of safe operation. The calculation result is more direct and comparability. The system is currently running and power systemshows good stability during operation.
