| The smart grid is the new direction of the development of electric power system reform in the world today. It has been considered as a major innovation in science and technology and the development trend of electric power system in twenty-first Century. Communication network intelligence level embodied smart grid information technology, automation, interactive in communication field. So we urgently need to build a powerful, high intelligence communication management system. In order to effectively support the grid operation, we need to study the construction of intensive monitoring and localization of maintenance combination of electric power communication system. We need to build the business integration, division of science, system deployment of communication management system, improve the level of intensive communication management. After evaluation of power communication management system project will help the scientific, systematic and comprehensive understanding of power communication management system, the construction and development of power communication management system plays a vital role in research has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, post project evaluation of power communication management system has been studied and we had a deeper awareness with power communication management system. We understudied the dynamics and trends of post-evaluation study at home and abroad. This paper selected Hebei power communication management system as empirical research object, the establishment of evaluation index system, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to complete the Hebei power communication management system project after evaluation. Analytic Hierarchy Process drew weight of each index, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method got the final evaluation of the project grade.According to the characteristics of the power communication management system, we had built a framework for project evaluation index system. It specifically related to four areas: system construction post evaluation, system performance of the project, application value evaluation, and project evaluation of the system benefits.Finally in Hebei power communication management system project as empirical study. Paper establishes index system with its empirical research after evaluating the final results of the post-evaluation results of the project. |
