Energy and the environment have become the most concerned current global issues. Traditional fuel vehicles are constantly subjected to the impact of new clean energy vehicles as the largest consumption of petroleum resources and the worst pollution of the environment. Electric vehicles use electricity instead of oil,achieving "zero emissions" and "low noise". It is an important means to solve energy and environmental problems. Electric vehicles have some advantages as a new means of transport, such as "zero emissions", wide energy source, etc. They are very important to our country.It could promote the development of the electric vehicles industry basis and achieve inter-grid energy conversion with the construction of electric car charging stations. Demonstration and promotion of new energy vehicles of Shijiazhuang will help reduce dependence on traditional energy sources, optimize energy consumption structure, achieve conservation and comprehensive utilization of resources, effectively reduce fuel consumption and reduce carbon emissions and so on. It is of great significance for the construction of ecological and environmental city.This paper studies the Shijiazhuang AC charging, DC charging stations and Shijiazhuang Nanjiao Swapping Station three projects, Then this paper designs and researches each project overview, operational capability for a detailed analysis to promote the further development of electric vehicles. The AC and DC charging piles can provide the charging interface, man-machine interface and other functions to control charging of electric vehicles. They use standard communication interface, open communication protocol and man-machine interface. The swapping station exchanges the batteries in the chassis. The charging station monitoring system of the electric vehicles includes a battery replacement monitoring backstage, charging monitoring system, swapping monitoring system, power distribution monitoring system, video security monitoring system.
